Aims and Scope

SGN Journal of Electronics, Telecommunications and Intelligent Systems (SJETIS) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by Smart Global Nusantara (SGN Publisher), Indonesia.

The journal aims to advance scientific knowledge, technological innovation, and practical applications in electronics engineering, telecommunications, the Internet of Things (IoT), embedded systems, intelligent technologies, and related interdisciplinary fields. SJETIS provides an academic platform for researchers, engineers, scientists, and practitioners to disseminate original research findings, critically synthesized evidence, and rigorous bibliometric studies.

Aims

The journal aims to: promote high-quality scientific research in electronics, telecommunications, IoT, and intelligent systems; facilitate international collaboration and interdisciplinary scientific exchange; support the development of innovative and sustainable engineering solutions; disseminate reproducible and methodologically rigorous research findings; and advance scientific and technological knowledge through original research and evidence synthesis.

Scope

SJETIS welcomes scholarly contributions in the following areas: (1) Electronics Engineering: analog and digital electronics, microelectronics and semiconductor devices, electronic instrumentation and measurement, sensors and transducers, power electronics and circuit design. (2) Telecommunications Engineering: wireless and mobile communications, 5G and emerging 6G technologies, radio frequency and microwave engineering, antenna design and propagation, optical and satellite communications. (3) Internet of Things (IoT): IoT architectures and protocols, Industrial IoT, smart devices and connected sensor networks, IoT security and interoperability, edge computing. (4) Embedded Systems: microcontroller-based systems, FPGA and embedded hardware design, real-time embedded systems, hardware-software integration, embedded system optimization. (5) Signal Processing: digital signal processing, image and audio signal processing, communication signal analysis, sensor data processing, signal detection and estimation. (6) Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Systems: machine learning for engineering applications, intelligent control and automation, neural networks for electronics and communications, intelligent monitoring and diagnostic systems, AI-enabled IoT and embedded systems. (7) Smart and Cyber-Physical Systems: smart cities and infrastructure, intelligent mobility, smart energy and monitoring systems, industrial automation, cyber-physical system design and security.

Article Types

SJETIS considers Original Research Articles, Systematic Literature Reviews, and Bibliometric Analysis Articles. All manuscripts must demonstrate methodological rigor, academic originality, relevance to the journal's scope, and a clearly articulated contribution to scientific knowledge. Interdisciplinary manuscripts are welcome when their primary scientific or technical contribution is directly relevant to electronics, telecommunications, IoT, or intelligent systems.
